After you've selected a cruise and know where it will be departing from, you'll need to decide how you'll get to the departure port.

Driving to Departure Port

All of the major departure ports have secured parking areas for your vehicle.  You will be able to drop off your luggage right in front of the cruise terminal, then park your vehicle.

Parking fees will apply and vary by departure port.  Ports of Departure will provide information for each major port.

Air Transportation

If you plan to fly to your port of departure, you have 3 choices for booking your air transportation:

Arrange airline tickets on your own

Arrange airline tickets through ALLCRUISING.COM

bullet

Use the Air/Sea program offered by the cruise line.

Arrange Air On Your Own

If you wish to fly on a particular airline or have frequent flier rewards to use, you may want to make your own airline reservations.  If so, you'll need to pay particular attention to flight schedules to ensure that you arrive at the departure port in time and that you allow adequate time to disembark from the ship for your return flight.

Arrange Air through ALLCRUISING.COM

ALLCRUISING.COM can make your airline reservations for you.  You can request this service when you make your reservation and you can specify a particular airline, flight time, or non-stop route if you have any preferences.  We will not give you an airfare rate at the time of your booking.  Instead, we will monitor the airfares for you and book your air when it appears that the lowest rates are available.  A $20.00 service fee per booking, (not per person) will be applied to the cost of your air booking when it is made.  If you wish to arrive a day or two early or stay a day or two after the cruise, we can make your hotel reservations for you as well.  Most of the time, our travel agent rates will save you money on hotel accommodations.  There is no fee for this service.

Arrange Air through Cruise Line Air/Sea Program

The Air/Sea programs offered by cruise lines include transfers from the airport to the departure port and provide added protection in the event of flight changes or delays.  Sometimes unexpected things occur that affect travel plans, and if you book the cruise line Air/Sea program, the cruise line will assist you in rebooking flights or applying for flight refunds.   Air rates are pre-determined so you know in advance how much it will cost, but you can expect to pay highest airfares for Air/Sea programs.
