Your cruise tickets will be mailed to you sometime after your final payment has been made, and at least two weeks before your departure date.

If you're within two weeks of your departure and have not yet received your tickets,

please call our office or our after hours support number. 

When you receive your cruise tickets, verify that the names on the tickets are correct.  If they are not correct, contact us immediately.

Along with your cruise tickets you will receive a booklet identifying the Shore Excursions that are available on your cruise, your luggage tags, and a form to be filled out and taken with you to board the ship. 

Once you have your tickets in hand would be a good time to put your required Travel  Documents together with your tickets so that everything you will need will be in one place.

you will not be allowed to board the ship

without the proper travel documents!

Before you leave for your cruise, fill out your luggage tags, place them on your luggage, and don't forget to take your cruise tickets along with your travel documents.
