For nearly two decades, Dr. Martin "Dr. Marty" Goldstein,
one of America's most successful, renowned holistic veterinarians,
has healed and helped his animal patients with the same natural
therapies that benefit humans.
The results have been so astounding that today
critically sick pets are brought to him from across the country for
a second chance at life and health.
The author of "The Nature of Animal Healing", Dr.
Marty is internationally known for his use of non-toxic
therapies to treat degenerative diseases, allowing the animals to
regain and maintain their own health, the way nature intended.
Dr. Marty conducts seminars on alternative therapies nationwide and
has appeared on numerous regional and national radio and television
programs, including Good Morning America.
Dr. Marty currently is the director of the Smith
Ridge Veterinary Center in South Salem, New York. This clinic
enjoys a brand new, state-of-the-art facility and specializes in
complementary modalities, degenerative illnesses, and specifically
cancer.
Dr. Marty earned his B.S. and D.V.M. from
Cornell University. He was certified by the International
Veterinary Acupuncture Society in 1977 and was one of the founding
members of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association.
He has
written numerous articles about holistic veterinary medicine and
alternative therapies for many magazines, journals, and
publications. He is regularly featured in the "Talking
with Dr. Martin Goldstein" column in Animal Wellness Magazine; a
format he uses to offer holistic veterinary advice to pet owners.
He is the author of "The Nature of
Animal Healing", by Random House, published in 1999. His
book has continued to sell consistently with excellent reviews.
Dr. Marty recently started a family and currently
enjoys the company of his three beautiful daughters; his loving
wife, and three dogs and three cats.
